Postage within NZ is by courier.
Shipping is free within New Zealand when you spend $80 or more.  

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been booked with the courier so you can track your items. Each scan the courier makes will be updated on the tracking website.

I ship MOST orders same day or next.

*We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address

A customs declaration of the contents and value of the parcel is necessary on all international packages. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any customs charges incurred in the country of arrival. Please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

Breakages and issues

If your mug is broken (or has a defect)  in transit please email your order number and a photo to nofiltermum@gmail.com
I will make you and send a replacement mug AT NO EXTRA COST I also reply as soon as I see your email AND I prioritise your replacement.

I am one person working hard to get you your order asap, human error does happen.
I have been shipping mugs for years - no matter how I package a mug, if a courier THROWS your parcel it WILL break - I am just one person - I do not have control over how you mug is handled once it leaves my care.

We have a 48 hour turnaround time for design - the custom prints can take up to 5 working days to have produced. .
